Drill of the Week – April 11, 2018 – Layup Transition Drill

This week’s drill, Layup Transition, helps a player work on the immediate transition from offense to defense after scoring a basket. The player drives from the three point line to make a layup and then sprints into position to defend their opponent while keeping their feet moving. The drill is great for a player’s conditioning too.
