Drill of the Week – August 29, 2018 – Two Foot to One Foot Balance Shooting

This week’s Drill, Two Foot to One Foot Balance Shooting, helps you to develop the balance necessary to shoot the basketball from a variety of different body positions.  You must hop to land on one foot and then jump back to two feet before getting into your shooting motion.  Having great balance is critical to being a great shooter!
