Drill of the Week – February 28, 2017 – One Move & Go

This week’s drill, One Move & Go, works on your ability to beat a defender with one move in a full court setting. Against pressure, using one move to beat your defender is the most effective way to attack a pressure defense off the dribble.  In this drill you’ll work on crossovers, between the legs, and behind the back dribbles.
