Drill of the Week – September 12, 2018 – Two Ball Dribbling Ladders

This week’s Drill, Two Ball Dribbling Ladders, helps you to develop the ability to dribble the ball with both hands while moving forward and backward. As with all two ball drills Two Ball Dribbling Ladders will improve a player’s weak hand along with their eye-hand coordination.
