Drill of the Week – September 20, 2017 – Reverse Pivot Square-Up Jumpers

This week’s Drill, Reverse Pivot Square=Up Jumpers, works on a player’s footwork in the post. The drill requires you to reverse pivot and maintain good balance while shooting a short jump shot off the glass. As you progress, the same footwork can be used in other areas of the court. Footwork and balance are key components to your success as a basketball player.
