The latest article by John O’Sullivan from the Changing The Game Project lays out 3 questions you can ask your young athlete after they lose a game that will help them process the loss and learn from the experience. We all lose a game at some point so why not use losing as an opportunity to grow rather than a reason to pout, make excuses, or blame someone else? I’m going to start using Sullivan’s 3 questions with my own kids and the kids I coach.
