HITS - High Intensity Training Sessions
Every Tuesday from 5-6 pm

Boys in Grades 3-5
Location: The Courts in Strongsville
HITS will provide high-energy instruction using dynamic drills, ball handling work, shooting development, and game-like situations to improve overall skill and performance. Players develop fundamentals while competing in live play and small-sided games, building confidence, decision-making, and teamwork in a competitive environment.
