HITS - High Intensity Training Sessions
Every Thursday from 5-6 pm

Boys in Grades 3-5
Location: The Courts in Strongsville
HITS will provide high-energy instruction using dynamic drills, ball handling work, shooting development, and game-like situations to improve overall skill and performance. Players develop fundamentals while competing in live play and small-sided games, building confidence, decision-making, and teamwork in a competitive environment.

Head Start Basketball Little Dribblers: Strongsville (OH)
Dates: September 12, 19, & 26, 2026 - 12:00 - 1:00 pm
Boys and Girls in grades k-3
The Head Start Basketball Little Dribblers Program is designed to provide a positive and fun environment for kids to develop their basketball dribbling skills with individual attention given to each player. The Little Dribblers program will actively, creatively, and playfully engage players in ball handling skills and drills. The ultimate goal is to get your little dribbler comfortable and confident with a basketball in their hands, able to utilize both their right and left hand equally effectively.

Head Start Basketball Fall Skills Clinics: Strongsville (OH)
Dates: October 3, 10, 17, & 24, 2026 - 1:00 - 3:00 pm
Boys and Girls in grades 1-8
The Head Start Basketball Fall Skills Clinics will each focus on specific individual skill development designed to prepare your young player for the upcoming season.

- Competitive Drills Clinic - October 17, 2026
- Preseason Tune-up - October 24, 2026

Head Start Basketball Holiday Camp: Strongsville (OH)
Dates: December 21 & 22, 2026 - 9 am - 12 pm
Boys and Girls in grades 1-6
The Head Start Basketball Holiday Camp will emphasize the FUN-damentals of basketball with individual attention given to each camper. The camp will not only provide a fundamental base for each player, but will also be a fun and enjoyable experience for each and every camper!
