This weekend I had the pleasure of meeting Alan Stein, Jr.
Alan is a performance coach, consultant, speaker and author. He spent 15 years working with the highest performing basketball players on the planet.
Alan delivers high-energy keynotes and interactive workshops to improve performance, cohesion and accountability. He inspires and empowers everyone he works with to take immediate action and improve mindset, habits and productivity.
In other words, Alan teaches how to utilize the same strategies in business that elite athletes use to perform at a world-class level.
Those of you who are regular readers of the blog know that I have shared numerous articles and videos from Alan in the past so I was honored to have the opportunity to connect with him this weekend while he was here in Cleveland.
Alan and I sat down to record a Hoop Heads Podcast episode on Saturday morning. (The episode will drop Monday night, 8/20/18 – Don’t miss it!), Later, we grabbed some lunch along with Coach Babe Kwasniak from VASJ High School. Finally, I watched Alan speak live on Saturday night and by the time the weekend was over I considered Alan a friend.
In this article Alan shares 23 life lessons that he teaches, models, and focuses on with his own kids.
